We understand that for a lot of customers, having the ability to charge their electric vehicle at home is very important, so we have decided that Eco Charge Points will remain open for installs throughout the lock down period, in line with Government guidelines allowing work to be carried out at people’s homes.

We will take all necessary measures to ensure we work as safely as possible, implementing the procedures we’ve had in place throughout.

We will only be carrying out site surveys in person when absolutely necessary, in the first instance we will ask for photographs to be emailed over.

Eco Charge Points remain confident we can safely carry out installs, but will continually monitor the situation and adapt as required.
